Working with Top Treatment Drapery is unlike any experience you’ll have with another window treatment provider. Here’s what you can expect:
- Initial phone call: We’ll ask you a few simple questions to make sure we understand your needs, and then schedule an appointment for a free in-home consultation. Don’t know what you need? No worries. We’ll come with suggestions.
- Free in-home consultation: Susan or Claire will visit your home to discuss your project. We’ll bring our truck full of samples to you, so you can see what the designs will look like on your windows. Whether you’re looking to gain more privacy, control light, beautify a room, or a combination of the three, we’ll show you how it will work.
- Quote: When the consultation is finished, we’ll provide a quote. There’s no pressure and no obligation to purchase. If you choose to work with Top Treatment Drapery, we’ll order your materials immediately and give you a call as soon as they arrive so we can schedule an exact time for installation.
- Precise installation: Unlike other companies, we don’t contract out our installation – we keep it within the Top Treatment Drapery family. During our installations, we care for your windows like our own, and won’t leave until you’re 100% satisfied with the result. We always ensure your designer is present during your installation to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. We install your window treatments with utmost care and always leave your space nicer than we found it.
